1. Management Structure & Remuneration

By registering as a Property Partner with RaphiGreat Homes Ltd, you agree to entrust property operations, tenant vetting, rent collection, and legal lease administration under the following rate structure:

• Management Fee (Compulsory): 15.00% deducted from total rent collected.
• Maintenance Reserve Fee (Optional/Standard): 25.00% allocated for ongoing property preservation and structural maintenance.

2. Legal Verification & Title Documents

Partners are required to upload legitimate property ownership proofs (C of O, Deed of Assignment, Allocation Letter, Governor's Consent). RaphiGreat Homes reserves the right to conduct legal searches in Abuja District registries.

3. Digital Legal Agreement Download

Upon verification and approval by our executive team, an official signed Property Management Agreement PDF will be delivered directly to your email and made available on your Partner Dashboard.
